PISD Summer Inspire 2024

This professional learning course is designed to equip special education teachers with the skills and strategies necessary to collaborate effectively with their paraprofessional partners in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Participants will explore best practices for fostering positive relationships, clear communication, and shared decision-making within the special education team. Topics covered include defining roles and responsibilities, establishing boundaries, promoting professional growth, and addressing challenges collaboratively.
