Welcome to Plano ISD’s Summer Inspire! This year’s Summer Inspire is an in-person event. All sessions will take place at Jasper High School. All sessions qualify for 2024-2025 trade hours. Here are some helpful tips:

You can filter for session types by using the menu bar on the right side of the screen (Elementary, GT Credit, Full-day, etc.)
Register for a session by clicking the circle icon next to the session name.

There are 80-minute, three-hour, and full-day session options for each day. Participants are invited to attend as many as they wish each day.

Using the Region X TEKS Bank to Create Formative Assessments

Effective use of formative assessment has been indicated by research to have a strong impact on increasing student achievement. Plano ISD has purchased the TEKS Bank from Region X to provide you with items that are created by Texas teachers, aligned to the TEKS and represent many of the new technology enhanced item types. Participants should bring a device in order to create their own formative assessments for the upcoming school year.
